At ZenAith, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-driven digital marketing, content creation, and business management services. By purchasing any ZenAith services, subscriptions, or optional add-ons, you agree to the following refund policy.
1. Digital Services
ZenAith provides digital services including:
- AI-generated posts, images, and videos
- Cross-platform scheduling and publishing
- Ad management and analytics tools
- White-label/agency access
- Business setup services
Important: Because these are digital services delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are limited and discretionary.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Platform Malfunction: If ZenAith fails to deliver the purchased service due to a technical error that is verified and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate Charges: If a user is accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
- Unauthorized Charges: If it is verified that charges were made without the account holder's authorization.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to support@zenaith.app.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- AI-generated content already delivered
- Scheduled posts, ad campaigns, or campaigns already running
- Packages used partially or fully
- Optional add-ons or credits purchased for AI content creation
- Any content or business setup already completed
4. Refund Process
- Users must email support@zenaith.app with:
- Full name and account details
- Transaction details
- Reason for refund request
- ZenAith will review and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
ZenAith may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
